In this 2 part series on barrel ageing beer, Bill Bradshaw guides us through a series of conversations with experts on brewing, ageing and drinking barrel aged beer. A new series on CAMRA Learn & Discover ‘The Beer Sessions’ kicks off with ‘a Journey into Time’. Introduced by Adrian Tierney-Jones, and featuring Brayden Lew, who runs the Barrel Project for London Beer Factory and John Keeling, Former Brewing Director at Fuller’s Brewery. They take an in-depth look into barrel ageing beer. It’s history, revival, impact on the beer in our glass and its influence on modern British brewing.
